This Residential Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the ______ day of ______________, 20__, by and between __________________________________________ ("Landlord") and _____________________________________________ ("Tenant(s)"). 1. Lease Term

2. Rent

Rent is payable monthly on the first day of each month in the amount of $__________. First month’s rent is due upon signing this Agreement.
