Connecticut Marital Separation Agreement
This Connecticut Marital Separation Agreement ("Agreement") is made on this ____ day of __________, 20__, between _________________ ("Party One") and _________________ ("Party Two"). Both parties have mutually agreed to enter into this separation agreement in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, notably the Connecticut Marriage and Dissolution Act.
